Welcome to Seren AI. This User Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your access to and use of the Seren AI mobile application (the “App”), including all AI-powered features, content, and related services provided by Seren AI (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By downloading, accessing, or using Seren AI, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue use of the App immediately.
Seren AI is strictly intended for users who are at least 18 years old.
By using the App, you confirm and represent that you are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly permit individuals under 18 to use Seren AI.
If we discover that an account belongs to a user under 18 years old, we reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate the account and remove associated content or data.
Your continued use of Seren AI constitutes acceptance of this Agreement, our Privacy Policy, and any future modifications or updates.
We may revise this Agreement from time to time. Updated terms become effective once published within the App or related services.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Seren AI solely for personal and non-commercial purposes, subject to this Agreement.
You may not:
Seren AI includes AI-generated conversations, responses, and creative features. AI-generated content may occasionally contain inaccuracies, fictional information, or unexpected outputs.
You understand and agree that:
You retain ownership of content you submit, upload, or generate within Seren AI (“User Content”).
By using the App, you grant Seren AI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, store, display, and use User Content solely for operating, improving, securing, and maintaining the App and its AI services.
You are solely responsible for your User Content and agree not to submit content that:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to provide accurate account information and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access or misuse of your account.
Your use of Seren AI is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
By using the App, you acknowledge and consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
All rights, title, and interest in Seren AI, including software, branding, design, AI systems, graphics, and related content (excluding User Content), are owned by Seren AI or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of the App without prior written permission.
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to Seren AI at any time, with or without notice, if you violate this Agreement or engage in conduct that may harm the App, users, or our services.
Upon termination, your right to use the App immediately ceases.
Seren AI is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy of AI-generated content, or error-free operation of the App.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seren AI and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App or AI-generated content.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Seren AI, its affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:
We may update or modify this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of Seren AI after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
